This policy explains how Turtle Tranquility LLC, doing business as Turtle Cove Spa (“Turtle Cove Spa,” “we”) handles information when you visit this site, book an appointment, buy a gift card, or contact us. Turtle Cove Spa is located at 181 Clubhouse Rd, Mount Ida, Arkansas 71957.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you book or contact us.
• Your appointment details and any notes you choose to give your therapist.
• Whether you agreed to receive appointment text messages, and when.
• Payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, change, and remind you about your appointments.
• To answer your questions and provide the services you booked.
• To keep business, tax, and payment records.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the optional text box when booking, we send appointment confirmations and reminders to the mobile number you give us: up to 2 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Who helps us

We use service providers only to run the spa’s booking and communications: web hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), text message delivery (Twilio), and card payments (Stripe). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

How we protect it

Booking records are stored in a private database that only our booking system and signed-in spa staff can reach. Manage-booking links use private, random codes. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop appointment texts.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing reception@turtlecovespa.com or calling (870) 867-1220. We keep what the law requires for business and tax records.
