These terms apply to appointments and text messages from Turtle Tranquility LLC, doing business as Turtle Cove Spa(“Turtle Cove Spa,” “we”), 181 Clubhouse Rd, Mount Ida, Arkansas 71957. By booking, you agree to them.

Appointments

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
• We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with less notice may be charged 50% of the service price.
• Your therapist may discuss treatment suitability with you before your service.

Text messages

Program: Turtle Cove Spa appointment texts. When you check the optional text box while booking, Turtle Cove Spa texts appointment confirmations and reminders to the mobile number you provide. The box is unchecked by default, and texts are not a condition of booking.

• Frequency: Up to 2 messages per appointment (a booking confirmation and a reminder the day before).
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP, email reception@turtlecovespa.com, or call (870) 867-1220.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and how text consent works.
