Text message consent

Turtle Cove Spa appointment texts, sent by Turtle Tranquility LLC, doing business as Turtle Cove Spa. Guests receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text only if they opt in.

Where guests opt in

1. Open online booking (public, no login).
2. Choose a service and a time.
3. On “Your details,” enter a name, email, and mobile number.
4. Optionally check the text message box shown below. It is unchecked by default and is not required to book.

We text only the number the guest types in and only when that guest checks the box. We do not text imported lists, purchased lists, or numbers collected any other way. We store the exact wording the guest agreed to and the time they agreed.

What guests receive

• Frequency: Up to 2 messages per appointment.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP. Help: Reply HELP, or contact reception@turtlecovespa.com / (870) 867-1220.

Example messages:

• “Turtle Cove Spa: Your Deep Tissue Massage is booked for Sat, Sep 26 at 2:00 PM. Manage: https://book.turtlecovespa.com/manage/… Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “Turtle Cove Spa: Reminder of your Four Layer Facial on Sun, Sep 27 at 10:30 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Need to change it? Call (870) 867-1220. Reply STOP to opt out.”
